Gary Arcand was born on Wednesday, September 23, 1964, and passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, in Regina, SK, at the age of 56 years.

Gary is survived by his loving family, his partner, Karen Whitefish; his children, Vanessa Bird, Deven Arcand, Hailey Knife-Sasakamoose, Rene Henderson, Jewell Budd, Garnet Budd, Shania Isbister; his siblings, Donna, Sidney, Wayne, Brent, Richard; his adopted brother, Daniel; his foster siblings, Ronald Arcand, Clarence Turner, Jimmy Turner; numerous other foster sisters and brothers; his uncle, Joe Highway; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was predeceased by his foster parents, Joe & Irene Arcand; his siblings, Gabe, Leland, William Jr., Heather; his foster brother, Russell Arcand “Petty”; his grandparents, Philip Highway and Emily Ballantyne.

The Prayer Service for Gary will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, November 12, 2021, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Elias Ballantyne officiating.
