He was predeceased by his son, Jeffery Trevor Clarke; his parents, George & Catherine (Jobb) Clarke; his grandparents, John & Jane (Bird) Jobb, Thomas & Aurora (McKenzie) Clarke; his sister, Bella Cook; his brother, Clyde Clarke; his best friend, Billy Dumais; his aunts, Gail Jobb, Elizabeth McKay, Rose Ann Hardlotte, Audrey Charles; his uncles, Pat McKay, David Ninine, Allan Charles; his fathers-in-law, Ernest Dumais Sr., Alex Lafond; his mother-in-law, Helen Dumais; his nephews, Cory Cook, Lester & Bruce Cook, Brent Morin, Billy Dumais; his nieces, Arlene & Charlene Bird, Sarina McCallum; his best friend, Homer.

The Prayer Service for Jeffery will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Pastor Raymond Dumais and Father Petronilo Ligtas officiating. The Wake Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Kitsaki Hall, in La Ronge, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Kitsaki Hall, in La Ronge, SK, with Pastor Raymond Dumais and Father Petronilo Ligtas officiating.
