Frank Szabo passed away peacefully with family at his side on May 21, 2026, at the age of 83 years. Frank was born June 14, 1942, to Mike and Margaret Szabo. On October 28, 1965, he married the love of his life, Rose. Together they raised three daughters. Frank enjoyed being around people, he loved to dance, laugh, joke, and tease those he loved.

He will be forever loved and missed by his wife Rose, daughters Carolyn(Allan) and their children Katrina, Alyssa(Austin) and great grandson Alex, Heather and her son Declan, Christal(Jason) and their children Ashley(John) and Carter, his sisters Irene(Louis) Marion, Diana(Kim) Tiringer, sister in-law Kathy Thibodeau, brother in-law Eugene(MaryAnn) Kohut, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Frank was pre-deceased by his parents Mike Szabo, Margaret (Bodner)Szabo, sister Mary Szabo, brother in-law Maral Thibodeau, father in-law David Kohut and mother in-law Wilma Kohut.

A memorial service will be held on May 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Spiritwood Civic Centre, Spiritwood, SK interment will follow at the Spiritwood Cemetery.
