Floyd Jacob Cook, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away on October 25, 2017, in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 24 years.   Floyd will be lovingly remembered by: his companion: Kristen MacDonald; his children: Brylee MacDonald and Bryson Cook; his mother: Jean Cook; his father: Joe Sayazie; his siblings: Darlene (Travis) Fern, Derek (Bonnie) Cook, Simona (Victor Jr.) Fern and Scotty Cook; his nieces and nephews: Romeo Fern, Cyrus Fern, Daisy Fern, Dustin Augier, Dusty Augier, Dustina Cook, Christina Cook, Vada Cook, Derekson Cook, Samuel Fern and Cessa Fern; his Grandfather: Simon Robillard; his aunties and uncles, numerous cousins and relatives.  Floyd was predeceased by: his grandmother: Therese Robillard; his grandparents: Martin and Ann Sayazie; his aunties and uncles: Maryrose Mercredi, Celine Sayazie and Leon Cook his friends: Jimmy Robillard and Ryan Boneleye.  Floyd will always be remembered by his family and his special friends.  Wake Services will commence on Friday, October 27, 2017, at the residence of Jean Cook, Black Lake, SK.  Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 30, 2017 – 2:00 pm at Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church, Black Lake, SK.  Arrangements in care of MacKenzie Chapel & Crematorium – Shellbrook Funeral Home.  Brian and Bev Stobbs, Tracy-Lynn Switzer, Funeral Directors.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.MacKenzieChapel.ca 306.763.8488.
