January 22, 1933 – January 6, 2017

Evelyn Myrtle Fidler passed away at Mont St. Joseph Home on Friday, January 6, 2017.  She was born in Glen Mary District, SK on January 22, 1933 to Walter and Mary McKay.  Evelyn is survived by her husband Dave Fidler; her children Dianne Raiford, Brenda Laliberte, Jack Laliberte and Yvette (Calvin) Pelech; her grandchildren Bernidine, Bryon, Geraldine, Jackson, Terrilynn, Sheena, Amber, Jack Jr., Stephanie, Gerrilynn and Brandon; 21 great grandchildren; brothers Donald (Carol), Ben (Myrna), Arnold (Shirley) and Larry (Della) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Mary McKay; sister Ruby Umpherville; brothers Victor and Gilbert McKay; mother and father-in-law Opal and Claude Fidler; brother-in-law Marcine Paulhus.  Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2017.  Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 with Deacon Eldon Danielson officiating. Both services will be held at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK.  Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729).
