Eva Jarzab of Prince Albert died peacefully August 27, 2012 at Mont St. Joseph Home at the age of 75. She is survived by her six children: Therese (Tim) Jelinski, Lucie (Mike) Clark, and Michel (Michelle Schaff) Jarzab, all of Saskatoon; Diane (Chris) Grambo of Prince Albert; Claudette (Shayne) Donohue of Marathon, Ont.; and Adam Jarzab of Calgary, Alberta. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren: Michelle, Cameron, Heather and Brennan Jelinski; Justin Clark and Danica (Jordan) Liske; Amanda (Jordan) MacKenzie (children Amelia and Marissa); Michael (Angeline)Pettigrew; Taryn, Meagan and Cadie Schaff-Jarzab; Stephanie and Douglas Jarzab; Lacy (Landry Boisvert) Grambo and Shauni Grambo; Kayla (Ryan) Arbour and Ryan Carriere; and Brian, Kaleigh and Jennifer Donohue. Also left behind to cherish the memories are her siblings Marie-Paule (Philip) Lamarche, Marielle Roussy, René Perreault, Leo Perreault, and Claire (Michel) Serré. Eva Marie-Ange (Perreault) was born on January 29, 1937 in Val Gagné, Ont. and married Henry in 1957. They enjoyed 46 wonderful years together in Uranium City, Sask., Kenora, Ont. and Creston, B.C. before Henry’s death in 2003. The family expresses sincere appreciation for the compassionate care Mont St. Joseph Home provided Mom for more than six years. We will remember her deep faith, love of family, delight in children, enjoyment of music, and her big heart for anyone in need. Vigil will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 31 at Cathedral of the Holy Family in Saskatoon (123 Nelson Road) with celebrant Reverend Father David Tumback and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 1 at Mont St Joseph Home in Prince Albert (777-28th St. E.) with celebrant Reverend Father Travis Myrheim. Interment to follow in Creston, B.C. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Mont St. Joseph Foundation (777-28th St. E., Prince Albert, SK, S6V 8C2) or the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan (301-2550-12th Ave., Regina, SK, S4P 3X1).
