It is with sadness that the family of Ethel Macfie announce her passing on September 26, 2026, in Melfort, Saskatchewan, at the age of 96.

Ethel was born on September 6, 1930, in Wakaw, Saskatchewan. She lived a long and meaningful life, touching the hearts of many through her kindness, wisdom, and caring nature. She will be remembered for the love she shared with family and friends and for the memories created throughout her years.

Ethel’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.
