Ethel Chopyk
1951 ~ 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Ethel Chopyk announce her passing, on August 13, 2022.

Family meant everything to Ethel, she was the heart and soul of hers. Her smile, laugh and positive attitude will be missed by everyone. She had a deep connection with her only grandchild, Easton. You could always find them playing or telling each other stories. She also enjoyed listening to Elvis songs and had a collection of many Elvis memorabilia. There are many more stories and memories to share, loving wife, mother and grandma.

Ethel is survived by her loving family, her husband of 52 years, Gerry Chopyk; her son, Steve (Tracy) Chopyk; her daughter, April (Greg) Holmen; her only grandchild, Easton Holmen; her mother, Olga Mihilewicz; her brothers, Larry (Debbie) Mihilewicz, Ron (Sharon) Mihilewicz; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was predeceased by her father, Ed Mihilewicz; her father & mother-in-law, Fred & Nellie Chopyk; her in-laws, Peter (Rita) Chopyk; her sister-in-law, Donna Mihilewicz.
