Ernestine Priscilla Swaby

May 27, 1931 ~ April 5, 2021 

Ernestine Priscilla Swaby was born May 27, 1931 and passed away peacefully on April 5, 2021 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 89 years.

Ernestine is survived by her sister Isobelle Landes of Albany, Oregon; sister-in-law Alice Swaby of Prince Albert, SK; two nieces and five nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.

Ernestine is predeceased by her parents Charles and Elsie Swaby; brothers Ronald Swaby and Arnold Swaby.

Ernestine enjoyed life on the farm with her many animals.  Bowling, curling, hockey and baseball were her favorite activities as well as a good game of cards.  Ernestine, having a competitive nature, had been known to give the Toronto Blue Jays a good scolding while watching them on television.

The family would like to acknowledge Rowena and Martin at Eastview Care Home for the excellent care Ernestine received over the past years.  A thank you to the Victoria Hospital 6^th floor nursing staff for their compassion and caring for Ernestine on her last days.
