On Sunday, October 13, 2019, Ernest Roy Nanikasum passed away at the Shellbrook Hospital at the age of 74 years. The Wake Services for Ernest will commence on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 6:00 pm from the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 12:00 pm, also from the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall with Burton Ahenakew officiating.
