Earl was a kind, calm and respectful example to all who knew him. An unwavering gentleman, he maintained dignity in a sometimes undignified world.
He cared for his wife Heather with an unselfish devotion and provided steadfast support for his family without complaint.
Earl was a patient and reliable father to Tosha and Dru and he warmly welcomed their partners, Jeremy and Monica as well as friends, into his home as family.
He worked hard for its own sake, rather than obligation or money. He saw value in the simple things; sharing a life with his wife, fixing all things with his own hands and keeping his mind engaged with learning.
He will be dearly missed, but his example will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Goodbye Earl, thank you for taking care of us. In memory of Earl please consider donating to Mont St Joseph’s Care Home, who took wonderful care of him and so many others.
