Dorothy Jean Frost
February 18, 1924-September 9, 2025

Dorothy Jean Frost (nee Woolsey), of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the age of 101 years.  Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harold Frost; her daughter, Carol Frost; her parents; and four siblings.  She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Aubrey (Carleen) and Renée (Brad); her great-grandchildren, Dylan, Gibson, Nolan, Bridgit, Madeleine, and Kieran; her great-great-grandchildren, Caleb and Elyse; and many nephews and nieces.Dorothy was proud to work as a special education teacher at Glenrose School Hospital for the majority of teaching career. She also loved teaching Bible studies and continued to do so into her late 80’s. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at Citadel Care Centre, Sarah with Incasa Home Care Services, and Sue Stuparek, all for their compassionate care.  A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 11:00 am at McKernan Baptist Church (Chapel), 11103 – 76 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
