Dorothy Grace Merkowsky May 2^nd, 1930 – Nov 4^th, 2024  With great sadness the family of Dorothy (Dot) Merkowsky, announce her peaceful passing on November 4, 2024. Dorothy had a fulfilling life working part time while raising 9 children. In her later years she enjoyed gardening, dancing and visiting friends and family.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Inez Lehne, John Merkowsky, Maureen Jackson (Jack), Rick Merkowsky, Debbie Basiuk (Dean), Marilyn Cook (Fred Martyniuk), their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and her only surviving sibling Winnie Rindal along with her close friend Alvin Kruger.

She was predeceased by her 1^st husband Bill McMullen, 2^nd husband John Merkowsky daughters Carol Punkert, Elayne Roberts, her son-in-law Mel Lehne, daughter-in-law Bea Merkowsky. She was also predeceased by her beloved son Martin Merkowsky who’s picture she was holding when she passed.

Rest in peace Mom.
