It is with much love and great sadness that the family of Doris Christenson announces her passing on Friday, February 5th, 2016 at the age of 95.  Doris will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Joyce Christenson, Donna (Graham) Hunter and Karen (Gary) Fowlie; her grandchildren Cathy (Marc) and Andrea DiMarco, Liam, Luke (Chesley) and Spencer Fowlie and many nieces and nephews.  Doris was predeceased by her husband, Carl Christenson.  She was known for her skill in many arts and crafts.  She gave many years of service to the YWCA, the United Church, artistic groups and community fundraising.  Doris will be remembered for her family dedication, loyalty, kindness, good humour, enthusiasm and love of life.  Thank you to the Good Shepherd Villas for many years of excellent care.  The Memorial Service will be held at Gray’s Funeral Chapel 575 – 28th Street West Prince Albert, SK on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Tony Thompson officiating.  Interment will be held at South Hill Cemetery.  Donations in her memory can be made to Wesley United Church, 65 – 11th Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 0Z8.
