Dorilda Thebaud
1946 ~ 2021

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Dorilda “Dory” Marie Thebaud on December 29, 2021, in the Victoria Hospital, at the age of 75 years.

Dorilda as born on May 21, 1946, in Tisdale, SK, to Arthur and Lucille (nee Trombley) Gendron. She leaves to mourn, her sisters: her caregiver, Angie (Maurice) Kasun, Laurie (Gerald) Leblanc, Irene (Orgene) Leblanc; her brothers, Andrew (Arlene) Gendron, Archie Gendron, Ed (Roly) Gendron, Len Gendron, Phil Gendron; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Albert; her parents, Arthur and Lucille Gendron; her sisters, Dolores (Jean Baptist) Langlois, Clara (Dick) Green, Anne (Ken) Pierce; her brothers, Leon (Betty) Gendron, and Alphie Gendron; her sisters-in-law, Michelle Gendron, Sue Gendron, and Karen Gendron.

She lived by herself in an apartment in Prince Albert until the day she went to the hospital. She enjoyed the simple life, and did not enjoy crowds. She looked forward to, and enjoyed her time at the Adult Day Centre at the Herb Bassett Home. We thank the staff for the care and attention they gave her.

We also thank the physicians and staff at the Victoria Hospital for the compassionate care they gave her in the E.R., I.C.U., and on the 6^th and 5^th floors.

A private funeral service for Dory will be held, with interment taking place at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
