Devin is survived by his loving family, his mother, Peggy Jobb; his brothers, Rueben Jobb, David Clarke, Darius Cook; his sisters, Jeanette Jobb, Eva Cook, Nadine Jobb; his grandparents, Simon & Maggie Jobb, Eva Clarke; his uncles, Elmer (Patty) Jobb, Wayne (Arlene) Clarke; his aunties, Kathy (Greg) Clarke, Beatrice (Obert) Clarke, Geraldine (Cecil) Michel, Christina Masuskapoe; his special friends, Jonathon Cook, Tyleene Naytowhow, Mikey Cook, Davis Naytowhow, Julius Cook, Darren Cook, John Bird Jr.; his adopted children whom he loved, Alayah Cook, Kesley Cook, Addison Cook, Kai Cook, Kallen Cook.

He was predeceased by his father, Gerry Cook; his sister, Adrienne Jobb; his aunties, Christina McCallum, Joanne Clarke; his uncle, Nathan Jobb; his best friend, Brandon Okemau; his great-grandparents, John & Jane Jobb, Margaret & Henry Cook, George & Maria McCallum; his special friend, Reyanne Sewap.

The Prayer Service for Devin will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Pastor Ron Caisse officiating. The Wake Services will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the residence of Peggy Jobb, in Southend, SK; continued Sunday, October 23, 2022, at the Southend Band Hall, in Southend, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, October 24, 2022, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, in Southend, SK, with Pastor Moses Bird officiating.
