Derek Gregory Allen

1982-2021

It is with great sadness that the family of Derek Gregory Allen announces his passing at the age of 38 years old.  He will be dearly missed by his parents – Greg and Ida Allen, his brother – Nicholas Allen (and children – Ari, Eli, & Cayden), his sister – Kirsten Allen, and his brother – Patrick Allen (and his wife Jenilee and their son Seth), and numerous aunts, uncles and many cousins. Derek was predeceased by his grandparents – Alphonsus & Isabel Miller, and Sydney & Keitha Allen.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be a private family service for Derek.  Interment will be held at a later date at Abernathy, SK.  For those wishing, donations in Derek’s memory may be directed to the Schizophrenia Society of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon Office: 1-306-374-2224 info@schizophrenia.sk.ca) or Canadian Mental Health Association (Saskatoon Branch 306 384-9333  info@cmhasaskatoon.ca) or to a charity of the Donor’s choice.
