CARRIERE, Delilah Myrtle, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away January 26, 2012 in Prince Albert at the age of 87 years. Delilah was born June 21, 1924 in Kinistino, SK. Delilah is survived by her children: Shirley Dubois, Norman (Jean) Madland, Myrna (Ben) McKay, Victor (Brenda) Carriere, Frank (Janet) Carriere, Phyllis (Rod) Durocher, David (Carol) Carriere, Sharon (Ron) Isbister, Bruce (Sunni) Carriere, Annette (George) Sutherland, Terry (Irene) Carriere, Rhonda Ledoux, Grant (Sarah) Carriere, and Lisa (Rick) McDermott; her 41 grandchildren; her 85 great-grandchildren; her 17 great-great-grandchildren; and her sisters and brother: Jane Umpherville, Rachel McCormick, Robert Umpherville, Florence Umpherville, and Emily Umpherville.

Delilah was predeceased by: her husbands: Olaf Madland and David Carriere; her children: Vernon Colin and Darlene Marie; her grandchildren: Pamela Garson, Connie Sutherland, Brett and Lyndon McDermott; her great-grandchildren: Randi Dubois and Jairic Carriere; her parents: Nancy & Peter Umpherville; her sisters and brothers: Edgar, Malcolm, Freda, Mabel, Henrietta, Beatrice and Lawrence; and her son-in-law: John Dubois.

A Wake Service will commence Friday, January 27, 2012 at 9 pm to Sunday January 29, 2012 at the Muskoday Band Hall, Muskoday, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 11 am, at the Art Hauser Centre, Ches Leach Room, Prince Albert, SK, with Arch Deacon Andrew Hoskins and Bishop Charles Arthurson officiating. Interment will follow at South Hill Cemetery, Veteran’s Plot, Prince Albert, as well as Glen Mary Church Cemetery on June 21, 2012.
