It is with great sadness that the family of Deanna Mason announces her passing on Sunday, December 30, 2012 in Prince Albert, SK. at the young age of 40 years.

Deanna was born in the Holy Family Hospital in Prince Albert, January 26th 1972 to James and Judy Mason. Deanna attended Wild Rose Elementary School, Wesmor and Carlton Comprehensive High School in Prince Albert. Deanna obtained her Bachelor of Education in 1997 from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon.

As a young girl Deanna was active in the Wild Rose 4-H Club, she loved music, camping, watching curling and her family, especially her niece Kaylee and nephew Kade.
Deanna was predeceased by her grandparents and cousins David, Cliff, Mark and Michelle. She is survived by her parents James (Jim) and Judy Mason of Christopher Lake; her sister Lori (Gary), Kaylee & Kade McGowan of Red Deer; her brother Garry (Fiorella) Mason of Saskatoon and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Christopher Lake Legion Hall in Christopher Lake, SK.

Memorial Donations in lieu of flowers may be made in memory of Deanna to The Pediatric Rheumatology Department, Attn Dr. Alan Rosenberg at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon. Arrangements entrusted to Hawryluk Funeral Home. 922.66111
