David (Dave) Lee Milliken was born January 15, 1945 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. On December 19, 2013 he lost his courageous battle to cancer.
Dave was predeceased by his father Lee, his mother Christine, a brother James and his son James David.
He leaves behind his loving wife Monique, his children Tammy (Jack), April, Matt (Tara), Manon, and Martin, his grandchildren Megan, Brandon, Nikki, Kirsten, Keaton, Sylvain, Sheila, Drew, James and one great grandson Ryker. Also surviving him is his sister Lynne Bellwood (Gordon) and nephews and niece Greg (Bev), Blaine, Darryl (Karen) and Donna (Mel).
He will be missed by many and was loved by lots.
