It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dalton “Dale” Simpson on May 1, 2026, at the age of 79.

Dale will be lovingly remembered by his son, Shannon (Liza); daughter, Shawna (Drew); and stepdaughters, Tracy (Wayne) and Darcy. He will also be remembered by his grandchildren, Justin (Megha), Jordan, Joshua, Tyson, Madison (Josh), Chase, Shaelyn (Logan), and Payton; and his great-granddaughters, Lennon, Ellis, and Isla.

Dale enjoyed spending time at the cabin at Emma Lake and with his friends at the Prince Albert Elks Club, and he could often be found having coffee with his good buddies at Harold’s IGA. Dale had a love for sports and rarely missed watching or listening to his favourite teams – especially the Blue Jays and the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Dale was predeceased by his beloved spouse, Cec, in 2024, whom he missed dearly every day. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date, once all family members are able to gather. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
