It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dale Stewart Wilson on October 6, 2026, in Prince Albert, SK. Dale was a lifelong resident of Prince Albert, where he peacefully took his last breath surrounded by his family.
Dale spent his life as a truck driver, but his greatest loves were his family, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family- especially at the lake sharing laughs, which was one of his favourite things to do. There was never a dull moment when Dale was around.
He was a lifelong sports fan, and an accomplished hockey and baseball coach, sharing his passion for sports and making a lasting impact on many players and families in the community. He was very proud of the acreage he built with the help of his family and friends, which he and his family have called home since 1982, and still do, to this day. Above all Dale was immensely proud of his family – his grandchildren being his biggest joy.
Dale was one of a kind, and was well known for his sense of humor. He was always ready with a joke, a smart remark, or a witty comment, and he had a way of making everyone around him laugh. He had a personality that will be impossible to forget. Dale made many, many friends through his life and was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His stories, laughter, quick wit and unmistakable personality will live on in the community and in the hearts of all who loved him.
He will be deeply and forever missed.
Dale was a wonderful man who will be deeply missed by all; including his wife, Lynne Wilson; his children, Christopher, and Bill; his grandchildren, Sydney, Ryder, and Nolan; and his siblings, Ron, Eileen, Diane, and Barbara.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday October 10, 2026, at Plaza 88, located 888 Central Ave., Prince Albert, SK. Please use the East entrance.
