May 19, 1965 – February 27, 2025
With heavy hearts, the family of Colleen Pearce announces her unexpected passing on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Prince Albert, at the age of 59 years.
Colleen was born and raised in Prince Albert. She later lived, worked and flourished in Regina and Calgary. In Regina, she met the love of her life, William “Billy” Pearce. Together they built a life and worked tirelessly in numerous endeavours in the restaurant and bar business for many years. Finally, they returned home to Prince Albert, where Colleen could be closer to her family.
Colleen’s greatest love and joy came from her family, in particular her beloved nieces and nephews. She enjoyed time spent gardening and planting in the greenhouse Billy had built for her. Later cooking and canning with the vegetables she grew. She and Billy enjoyed time spent together, especially cooking and spending time with their beloved bulldogs. Colleen was known to be a fantastic cook. Her work ethic, effort and enthusiasm was evident in all she did. As a breast cancer survivor, her determination and strength was inspiring.
Colleen is lovingly remembered by her husband, Billy Pearce; her mother and stepfather, Pam and Ed Neurauter; her brother Michael and his family; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Colleen was predeceased by her father, Glen Stead; and numerous extended family.
At Colleen’s request, no formal service will be held.
