With broken hearts the family of Clarence Mervin Arcand, late of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, sadly announce his unexpected passing on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the age of 64 years. Clarence was born on May 13, 1952 in Mistawasis First Nation to Felicite and Clement Arcand.

The Wake Service for Clarence will commence on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. from the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation School Gym, and the Funeral Service for Clarence will take place on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
