Claire Thora Renaud passed away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2020, in Kinistino, SK, at the age of 97 years.

Claire is survived by her loving family, her children, Gary (Denise) Renaud, Donna (Wayne) Rudderham; 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husbands, Arthur Renaud and Lawrence Renaud; her parents, Leonard and Sadie Cournoyer. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Claire was born on Saturday, March 31, 1923, in Blaine Lake, SK. She married Arthur and worked on the family farm until 1972, when they moved to Prince Albert. They worked at the Prince Albert Satellite Station until retirement. Claire loved sewing, playing cards and family gatherings. She was known for her gentleness and will be missed by many.

Families who wish to make a donation may do so to a charity of their choice. Special thanks to the staff at Jubilee Lodge in Kinistino for her excellent care during her stay.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Claire at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, in Prince Albert, SK, Father Roque Concepcion officiating. Interment to follow at South Hill Cemetery, in Prince Albert, SK.
