Claire Sylvester, late of Sturgeon Lake, SK passed away on October 20, 2014 in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 53 years. Claire will be lovingly remembered by her hubby: Wayne Longjohn; her daughters: Candace Billette (Marty Bear), Morgan “Brett” Longjohn; her son: Kristopher Billette (Candida Sanderson); her grandchildren: Lee Sylvester, Kristopher (blu-blu) Sylvester, Jersey Thomas, Tru Thomas, Aullyanna (in da kye) Sylvester and Lacey Bear; her brothers: Louie (Marie), William (Shirley), Philip (Doris), Abraham (Francine), Elmer (Delilah), Walter, Kenny, Roy and Roger; her sisters: Annette, Therese (Joe), Marlene (John), Marie Louise (Peter), Dorothy (Richard) and Doreen (Abe); as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Claire was predeceased by her parents: Francis & Couronne Sylvester; her biological father: Roderick Janvier; her brothers: Felix, Alfred, Emillian, Jimmy and Maglore; her sisters: Rosaline and Irene; her niece: Lacey “Girl” Sylvester; her nephew: Sheldon Piche and her sister-in-law: Agnes Sylvester. A Wake will be commencing on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, East Hill Community Hall, Prince Albert, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 – 2:00 pm; East Hill Community Hall; Prince Albert, SK. Interment to follow at the West Central Cemetery, Sturgeon Lake, SK.
