It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Christopher Dean Roberts, Late of Sturgeon Lake First Nation, SK on December 13^th, 2022, at the age of 51 years. Christopher was born on June 24^th, 1971, in Prince Albert, SK. Christopher will be lovingly remembered by his children Christopher Daniels, Christian Henderson, & Keirha Roberts; his grandchildren Carter, Madison, George, Sophia, & Enzo; his mother Marlene McLeod; his brothers Jeff McLeod (Nicole), Larry Mcleod (Bonnie), Kevin McLeod (Alyssa), Eric McLeod (Chenoa), & Fisher Ross; as well as many nieces, nephews, & extended family. Christopher was predeceased by his father Billy (aka Zacc) McLeod in 2021; his maternal grandparents Rev. George & Maria Roberts; his paternal grandparents Moses & Dinah McLeod; his sisters Denise McLeod in 1997, & Carmella Roberts in 1973; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, & family. A Wake Service will be commencing December 15^th, 2022, at the Sturgeon Lake Community Center at Sturgeon Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 17^th, 2022, at 1 PM at Sturgeon Lake Community Center in Sturgeon Lake, SK. The Officiant will be Rev. Berle Whitecap, and The Master of Ceremonies will be Edward Henderson. The Drum Group will be Iron Swing. The Honourary Pallbearers are all those who knew and loved Christopher. The Pallbearers are Trevor Roberts, Troy Roberts, Chad McLeod, Bernard Moosehunter, Kelly Mirasty, & Mathew Konotapski. The Interment will take place at the West Central Cemetery in Sturgeon Lake, SK.
