Charles A. Clark

With deepest sadness we announce the passing of Charles Clark on October 26, 2014 at the age of 80.
Charlie was born on November 25, 1933 the second son of Norman and Alice Clark. He was born in Melfort and it proudly remained his home until the time of his passing. He married Ruth Morrison on October 26, 1956. They had two children, Bev and Brian. He started a career in plumbing at a young age; this grew to become Charlie’s Plumbing and Heating. Throughout his life, he took great pride in being a member of the Melfort Fire Brigade for 35 yrs. He served on City Council as well as Kipabiskau Board, Rotary and numerous other boards in Melfort. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends at his cottage at Kipabiskau, wintering in Arizona and having morning coffee with good friends.
His memory will be cherished by Bev (Dave) Pawliw, grandchildren Michelle (Brandon Hone) and Kimberly Badiuk; Brian (Shirley), grandchildren Taylor and Morgan Clark; Sylvia Tomashewski, his life partner till the time of his passing and her children Paula Ann (Grant) Whitby; Kyle (M.J.) Tomashewski and children Jeremy and Scott; Laurae (Les) Dykema and children Paul (Jenn) Dykema; Kayla (Trevor) Long, Stephanie Dykema; Guy (Lori) Tomashewski and children Kate and Cohen; his sisters Marylyn (Vic) Ryhorchuk; Janice (Don) Wesnoski; his sister-in-law, Pat Clark; many loved nieces and nephews and numerous extended family.
He was predeceased by his wife Ruth Clark, his parents, in-laws and his siblings; Shirley (Ross) Davidson and Donald Clark and other family members.
He deeply loved and treasured his family and friends-
