Celine Therese Herman

May 13, 1942 –  March 17, 2016

 

Celine Herman, late of La Loche, SK, passed away on March 17, 2016 in La Loche, SK, at the age of 73 years.  Celine will be lovingly remembered by: her children: Mildred (Amable), Stewart, Terrence, Winnie (Dale), Jane (Cameron), Coreese, Benson (Pam) and Walter (Deanna); her grandchildren: Damian, Dawn, Kris, Junior, Marc, Melanie, Stephanie, My mans, Ritchie, Girl, Willie,  Jared, Baby, Robin, Kera, Cynthia, Wendell, Wendi, Tharren, BamBam, Jennah, Megan, Amy Breyonah, Alex and Braxton; her 27 great-grandchildren;  the children she raised: Ovide, Jeffrey, Linda, Susan and Molly; as well as the numerous foster children she raised; her brothers: Alfred and Jacob (Alice); her sisters: Pauline (Elmer) and Leona (Tom); her half- sister: Cecilia (Jules); her auntie: Adele Moise; her adoptive sisters: Georgina (Gerry) and Anita; her adoptive brothers: Dennis (Evelyn) and Edward (Vera); her special son-in-law: Ritchard Shatilla; her best friends: Ivan Morin, Mathilda Laprise, Martha Lemaigre, Tina and Eric Janvier;  and all her friends and relatives from far and near as well as her many “Cousins” and her godchildren.  Celine was predeceased by: her loving husband: Marc Herman; her parents: Amable & Louise Janiver; her adoptive parents: Clement & Lucia Lemaigre; her brother-in-law:  Martel Herman; her sister-in-law: Bladine Janvier; her daughter-in-law:  Donna Janvier; her foster child: Nancy Herman; her nephew: Timothy Janvier; her nieces: Edith Janvier and Alvina Janvier; her great-niece: Angela Janvier;  and her great-nephew: Nolan Janvier.   Wake Services will be commencing on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the La Loche Community Hall, La Loche, SK.  Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church, La Loche, SK.   Arrangements in care of MacKenzie Chapel & Crematorium.  Brian and Bev Stobbs, Funeral Directors.  306.763.8488 www.MacKenzieChapel.ca
