Cecilia Joan Merasty was born on August 1, 1951, in Southend, SK, and passed away on March 7, 2023, in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 71 years.

Cecilia is survived by her loving family, her husband, William; her children, Dean (Rachael), Cynthia (Irvin), Tommy (Kendrea), William Jr (Marcia), Terry; her grandchildren, Brock, Brett, Dinah, Terrance, Nathaniel, Brayden, Anna, Ian, Avan, Shayden, Shaylee, Aundrea, Wilton, Erica, Emmette, Willow and Mary; her great-grandchildren, Joseph (Baby Joe), Matteo, Daneeka, Irvin, Ava, Carson and Cecilia, Kaisley and Braylee; her siblings, Agnes (Phillip) Ninine, Rene Jobb, Simon (Maggie) Jobb; her in-laws, Adam Hardlotte, George (Carla Merasty), Peter, Arnold, Flora, Lawrence Merasty; her best friend, Maryann Dorion and numerous nieces and nephews who she took all as her children.

She was predeceased by, her first husband, Tommy Charles; her unborn daughter, Baby girl Merasty; her special granddaughter, Danika Clarke; her parents, Jane & Johnny Jobb; her siblings, Daniel Jobb, Elmer Jobb, RoseAnn Hardlotte, Audrey Charles, Catherine Clarke, Elizabeth McKay, Leo Jobb, Kenneth Jobb, Charlotte Jobb, Brian Jobb, Rosalie Jobb, Lila Jobb; her grandparents, Phillip & Adelaide Saulteaux, Daniel & Rosalie Bird; her in-laws, David Ninine, Allan Charles, George Clarke, Pat McKay, Gail Jobb; her late nieces and nephews, Clyde, Jeff, Bella, Derek, Ian, Francis, Greg, Nathan, Leo, Christina, Lorne, David and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

The Prayer Service for Cecilia will be held at 9:30 a.m., on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held Saturday evening, March 11, 2023, at the Southend Band Hall, Sunday afternoon, March 12, 2023, at the Residence of William and Cecilia Merasty, and Sunday evening, March 12, 2023, in the Southend Band Hall. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, March 13, 2023, at the Southend Band Hall with Father Petronilo Ligtas officiating.
