BESKAL, Bruce, late of Prince Albert, passed away suddenly on August 23, 2010 at the age of 48 years. Bruce was born January 7, 1962 in Prince Albert. Bruce lived his life with quiet dignity and was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle and son who will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Bruce is survived by his wife Lucile (nee Duret); his children Kristopher (Jenean Anderson), Alica (Chad Mahlberg) and Eric all of Prince Albert; his step-children Alexander Carey of Saskatoon; Erik and Sarah Carey of Prince Albert; his parents Wendy and Dave Beskal of Prince Albert; his sisters and their families Cindy (Larry Olson), Steven and Becky of Lake Cowichan, BC, Karen Diquinzio, Katie and Stephanie of Winnipeg (and their father John); Shelly (Larry Kostiuk), James, Andrew, Cody and Elise of Saskatoon; his father-in-law Philippe Duret of Debden; brothers-in-law Roger Duret of Candle Lake, Gerald (Melanie) Duret, Amanda, Keagan and Morgan of Debden; his sister-in-law Guylaine Duret of Prince Albert; his uncle Andy (Pat) Beskal of Prince Albert; his aunt Lillian Larocque of Red Deer, AB; as well as other extended family members and many, many friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Bruce and Bessie Barkwell and mother-in-law Anette Duret. Bruce was employed with Safeway in Prince Albert from the age of 16 and was still employed there at the time of his passing. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 260 – 25th Street East, Prince Albert, SK with celebrant Reverend Father Matthew Nguyen. Private Family Interment to follow the service. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donation can be made in Bruce’s memory to a Charity of Donor’s Choice.
