With great sadness the family of Brian Moses Halkett announce that he passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 in La Ronge, SK at the age of 47 years.

A Private Wake Service will be held for Brian in La Ronge, SK and continue in Hall Lake, SK. The Funeral Service will be held in Hall Lake, SK with interment in the Hall Lake Cemetery.

Brian is survived by his loving family:  his companion, Cherilyn Nicole Stonestand; his children, Tessa Halkett, Sunrise Halkett, Mary Halkett, and James Halkett; his mother, Grace E Ross; his biological brothers and sisters, Barry (Jemima) Ross, Doreen (Martial) Ross, Patsy (Robert) Ross, Amelick (Melanie) Halkett, Adam (Vanessa) Halkett, and Don (Michelle) Halkett; his uncle, Amelick Ross; his aunt, Peggy (Daniel) Ratt; his adopted family;

his brothers and sisters, Nancy (David) Crane, Josephine Ross (Roy Venne), Caroline Morin, Jean J. Ross, Harriet Ross, David Halkett, Jack Ross, Roger Ross, and Brian Ross; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by:  his birth mother, Lucy Halkett; his stepfather, Thomas Halkett; his 2 siblings in infancy; his adoptive father, John G. Ross; his grandparents, Sidley & Eliza Ross and Joseph & Harriet Halkett; his special friends, Carmella Halkett, Aaron Halkett and Zacharius Halkett.
