1951 ~ 2024

Brad is survived by his loving devoted daughter, Tammy (Greg Miller); son, Trevor (Stephanie); grandchildren, Jessica (Matt); special first grandson, Brett, James Bradley, Damian, Ryan, Thomas; and great-grandson, James John Lee; as well as the mother of 4 of his grandchildren, Dolores Heidecker; his uncle/brother-in-law, Bruce (Leona) Davidson; brother-in-law, Gerald (Marlene) Bailey; brother-in-law, Gordon (Tim) Bailey; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and some very special friends.
Dad was born in the rural Prince Albert area on March 23, 1951, to James and Muriel Dix. He was always a curious and mischievous soul, forever exploring and finding trouble when he wasn’t busy helping grandpa Jim fixing numerous things, anywhere from appliances all the way to vehicles. It was at this early age that he found his calling in mechanics. He worked in a variety of places from Turbo gas station, to Charles Repair, Vic’s Steering. Owning his own mechanics shop for many years all the way up to his final place was TransWest/Rise Air. Dad did retire (sort of), but his calling was forever Rise Air where he fulfilled his passion around airplanes up until May of this year when his health worsened, and he was unable to continue working. This was a major blow for him as he was always working on something. His health issues didn’t stop him from still helping people out. He was always worried about everyone else instead of himself. He will forever be missed by anyone who knew him.
The Celebration of Bradley’s Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK.
