Beverly Irvine
1954 ~ 2024
It is with sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our sister, Beverly “Bev” Ann Irvine on Saturday, August 24, 2024. Bev was born on January 12, 1954, in Shellbrook, SK. She was the second of four children of Connie and Stan Irvine.
Bev was very active, she was a part of the UCW, Camp Tapawingo Board, and the WPP Auxillary. She loved to canoe, go hiking, as well as walking and berry picking, taking photos as she went. Bev loved 50’s and 60’s rock music, which goes along great with crocheting, sewing, baking, and cake decorating. She enjoyed watching figure skating, and was a real fan of the Riders, and SJ and WHL hockey.
Bev is survived by her siblings, Diana Oscar, David Irvine and Allison Irvine; her uncle, Mervin (Butch) Peterson; her cousins, Jodi, Barb, Tim, Ren, Angela and Joel and their families.
She was predeceased by her parents, Connie and Stan Irvine; maternal grandparents, Ethel and Andrew Peterson; paternal grandparents, Hulda and Henry Irvine; her uncle and aunt, Bud and Edna Irvine; her brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Oscar.
The Memorial Service for Beverly will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the St. John Lutheran Church, in Shellbrook, SK. All are welcome. In Bev’s memory, donations may be made to Camp Tapawingo, WPP Recreation Department, or to a charity of your choice. Special thanks to Al Dion, Rev. Emmanuel Aristide, Donna Lovberg, and Phil and Allan with the Blaine Lake Ambulance.
