With treasured memories held close to their hearts, the family of Berno Patrick Bear, late of Big River First Nation, sadly announce his peaceful passing at his home surrounded by his family on April 14, 2021, at the age of 53 years. Berno was born on January 8, 1968, in Prince Albert to Irene Campbell and Paul Bear.
Due to Covid 19 Restrictions, the family will be having privates services on Big River First Nation. Berno is lovingly remembered by, His momma: Irene Bear; His parents-in-law: Margaret Rabbitskin and Albert Thomas; His wife of 32 years: Albertine Bear;
His children: Kristen (Lyndon) Bear, Danika Bear, Charly Bear, Tyrell Bear, and Brayden Bear, all of Big River FN; His daughter-in-law: Raven Wapass; His grandchildren: Kadence Bear and Nahazzie Bear; His adopted sons/daughter: Wapan Whitefish, Curtis, Travis, and Keshia Wuttunee; His favorite: Devin Bear; His brothers and sisters: Sam (Alvina) Rabbitskin, Sandra (Terry) Gamble, Marjorie (Fabian) McAdam, Rodney (Glen) Bear, Kenny (Mildred) Bear, Sandra Bear, Darcy (Sharon) Bear, Brian (Celine) Bear, Johathan (Melissa) Bear, Clifford (Courtney) Bear, Diane (Jason) Bear, Brenda (Shawn) Cardinal, Patricia (Jamie) Bear, Clayton (Lisa) Bear, Katherine (Kyle) Bear, Dwayne Witchekan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Berno is predeceased by, His father: Paul Bear; His grandfather: Alexander Lachance; His paternal grandparents: Elsie and Charlie Brown; His maternal grandparents: William and Elizabeth Campbell; and his sister: Fredaline Bear.
