Bernice is survived by her loving family, her common-law spouse, Walter McGillivary; her sons, Patrick John Charles (Carol Linklater), Dalton Robert Custer-McGillivary; her special grandson, Shaquille McCallum; her grandsons, Harrison Charles, Kenzo Charles; her special sister, Helen Custer-Morin (Terry); her sisters, Rose Ballantyne, Frances Custer-McCallum (Keith), Rose Michel (Gabe), Clara Custer (Magoo), Diane Ballantyne; her sister niece, Norma Cook (Simon); her brothers, George J. Custer, Larry R. Custer (Doris), Ernest Custer (Miriam); and numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, John Paul Custer, Madeline Custer; her aunts & uncles, Eli Custer, Susan I. Custer, Jessie Custer, Gwen Morin, Louie Custer, Ernie Ray; her brothers, Jimmy Custer (Sugar), Larry Custer (Infant); her in-laws, Eleanor Marry-Belle Bear; her nephews, Brendan Custer, Stanley Custer, Harry J. Custer, James Stepanow, Lester Custer, Christopher Custer; her nieces, Kimberley Custer, Lucianne Ballantyne, Katelyn Ballantyne; her noosims, Cherish Kimberley Anne Custer, Chase Evan Gabe Michel, Avrin Ballantyne, Hart Custer, Noel Custer; her brothers-in-law, Mervin Ballantyne, Hector Ballantyne.
