Bernadette Marguerite Marie Ferré
November 21, 1958 – February 1, 2021
Bernadette’s family is sad to announce her passing on February 1, 2021.
Bernadette (Bernie) was born in Melfort, Saskatchewan, grew up on a farm in St.Brieux, Saskatchewan, and most recently made her home in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
She was predeceased by her father Similien Ferré and is survived by her mother Marguerite Ferré, sister Céline Czernick (John), brother Claude Ferré (Mary), brother André Ferré, brother Marc Ferré (Denise), sister Irène Jones (Pete), brother Martin Ferré (Michael), brother Joseph Ferré, and many nieces and nephews.
Bernie worked with various companies as a receptionist and more recently in retail. She was devoted to our Mother and they enjoyed many days together. She had a dry wit, loved to walk, and enjoyed the simple things in life.
In lieu of other tributes, donations can be made in Bernie’s name to Parkland Integrated Health Centre, 40 Main Street, Shellbrook, Sk. or the humanesociety.com.
We would like to thank the doctors, nursing and support staff at Victoria Union Hospital, Prince Albert, Sk. and Parkland Integrated Health Centre, Shellbrook, Sk. Your compassion and exceptional care brought comfort at a difficult time.
Memorial Service will be celebrated at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 28 Street West, Prince Albert, Sk. with Father D.J. Vu officiating on February 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
