Carter is survived by his loving family, his parents, Kayven Stewart and Lexi Primeau; his grandmothers, Candi Primeau and Jolene Stewart; his grandfathers, Shane Michel and Kosty Stewart Sr.; his uncles, Simon, Tyreik, Kaleb, Ethan, Kosty Jr., Owen, Kingston, Shelton, Carson; his aunties, Autumn, Yolaina, Shaedyn; his great-grandparents, Jane and Ron McDonald, Loriann Primeau, Beverley Michel, Gerald McKay, Hazel and Douglas McDonald.

He was predeceased by his uncles, Justice McDonald, Lawrence Lavallee Sr.; his great-great-grandparents, Alma and Leo Primeau, Marie and Eli Bear.

The Prayer Service for Carter will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, in Sandy Bay, SK, with Evelyn McDonald officiating.
