Annie Mary Sochaski
Was born on the family farm on October 18, 1931 to George and Mary Peterson. She took her schooling at Resource school. Annie worked for several families in the Resource area until she moved to Bruno where she met and married Roman Sochaski on November 17, 1953. Roman and Annie had four children Norman, Linda, Brenda, and Brian. She has six grandchildren Michael, Jolene, Matthew, Kimberly, Cody, Shawn and one great grandchild Teagan. She loved to babysit them whenever she could.
Family and friends were very important to Annie, she enjoyed having them over for a meal, you never left hungry. She loved gardening, flowers, canning and pickling for herself and her family. If anyone wanted perogies or cabbage rolls, Annie was the one to call. She enjoyed going to bingo and was always ready for a game of cards no matter what time of day or night.
