Ann Irene Borowsky (nee Pawlovich) passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 2nd, 2012, at RUH in Saskatoon. She was born March 7th, 1934, in Krydor Saskatchewan, daughter of John and Anastasia Pawlovich. She is dearly missed by her husband of 55 years, Wes, her daughter Coni (Todd Crosland), her son Ron (Patti McDougall), her grandchildren, Camille, Theon, and Braedy, and her sisters Natalie Pawlovich and Liz Tarasoff (Eli). Ann was a maternity nurse at The Holy Family Hospital for many years. She was a caregiver by nature, always taking care of her family and friends. Ann enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and was always available to help with any of their needs. She always welcomed friends and family into her home, and always made sure that everyone had plenty to eat. She enjoyed gardening, and took pride in her lawn and flowers. Ann loved the north and spent many years at Davin Lake helping with the family business. She loved fishing, and long evening walks with Linus the family dog. Her life will go on in the memory of her family and friends. Love it eternal. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to The Lung Association. A prayer service will be held at 7pm on Tuesday August 7th at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 28th St. West, Prince Albert. The funeral service will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday August 8th at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 305 6th St. East, Prince Albert. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray's Funeral Chapel, Drew Gray, Funeral Director.
