Allan “Toby” Chalmers Coleman
February 25, 1945 – June 4, 2014
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the untimely passing of Allan “Toby” Coleman. Toby was a dedicated husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was born in Manson, MB in 1945. Upon completion of high school he enrolled into the RCMP. He served with the RCMP for 22 years. He then retired and began his second career as an Intelligence Officer with Corrections Services of Canada. He provided 10 years of dedicated service. Toby then continued on with his true passion, Toby’s Trophy Treks. Toby leaves behind his best friend and wife of 47 years, Allison; his daughter Lisa (Bud) Folster; son Lance (Rhyna) Coleman, his son-in-law Marvin Parenteau; his sisters Betty Macdonnell and Linda (Fred) Coxall and his brother Robert (Barbara) Coleman. He was an outstanding grandpa to Hunter, Paige, Mackenzie, Jaxon, Jayden and Housten. Toby was predeceased by his parents Bob and Edith Coleman and his beloved daughter Lana Coleman-Parenteau. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2014 the Ches Leach Lounge, Art Hauser Centre, 690B – 32nd Street East, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Tony Thompson officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
