It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Aldina Marie Chartier, late of Buffalo Narrows, SK on February 25^th, 2022, at the age of 90 years. Aldina was born in Clear Lake, SK on April 13^th, 1931, to Albert & Eleanore Daigneault. Aldina will be lovingly remembered by her sons Louie (Marie) Chartier, Albert (Keitha) Chartier, Nap (Lisa) Chartier, & Leonard Chartier; her daughters Margaret (Jack) Woods, Florence Chartier, Barbara Chartier, Doreen Chartier, Brenda Chartier, Liz (Vic) Paradzik, Annie Chartier, & Kimberly Chartier; her baby boy Tanner Chartier; her 36 grandchildren; her 77 great-grandchildren; her 9 great-great-grandchildren; her sisters Agnes Buckley, Cecile (Norman) Hanson, & Lorraine (Paul) Wheeler; her brothers Jean Daigneault, Paul Daigneault, & Leon (Sadie) Daigneault; her brothers-in-law Jacque (Louise) Chartier, Thomas Chartier, & Clement Chartier; & her sister-in-law Margaret Chartier. Aldina was predeceased by her husband Edward Chartier; her sons Philip Chartier & John Chartier; her daughter Dorothy Chartier; her granddaughter Chloe Chartier & Reese Yole; her grandson Denny Chartier; her parents Albert & Eleanore Daigneault; her parents-in-law Eugene & Rosa Chartier; her brothers John Daigneault, Archie Daigneault, & Vitol Daigneault; her sister Elizabeth Campbell; her brothers-in-law Pierre Chartier, Louie Chartier, & Edmond Chartier; & her sisters-in-law Alice Chartier, Flora Shatilla, & Ann Chartier, Christine Chartier, Beatrice Chartier, & Philomen Chartier. A Wake Service will be commencing February 28^th to March 3^rd, 2022, at Lake View Complex in Buffalo Narrows, SK. A Funeral Service will be held at the St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, March 3^rd, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Buffalo Narrows, SK. The Eulogy will be read by Buckley Belanger. The Officiant will be Father Ramu Polimetla. The Honourary Pallbearers are Terry, Sean, Peter, Kayla, Neegan, Dorothy, Racheal, Cheryl, Candice, Aaron, Jeromey, Marci, Cody, Darryne, Devin, Sheryl, Deirdre, Steve, Lisa, Hayley, Hunter, Lyndey, Kevin, Alicia, Lance, Ian, Islay, Tiffany, and all those who shared in Aldina’s life. The Pallbearers are Tanner Chartier, Derek Chartier, Brendan Chartier, Tristen Chartier, William Charles, Adrian Chartier, Darren Woods, & Douglas Pederson. The Interment will take place at the St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Cemetery, in Buffalo Narrows, SK.
