Albertine “Sue” Leona Perillat (nee LaFontaine)

Albertine passed away at the Goodwill Manor in Duck Lake, SK, surrounded by her family on July 26, 2020.  Sue, the third eldest of ten children, was born to Leona and Albert LaFontaine at home in Batoche on September 11. 1944.  She married Joseph Perillat on September 25, 1971.   Together they raised three children and had the Perillat General Store in Duck Lake.  Mom loved gardening, sewing, knitting, camping trips to Waskesiu, going to their cabin in Batoche, attending the Shrine and having visitors over.  She always had a smile and words of wisdom for you.  Left to mourn her passing are her husband, Joseph; her two sons, Rene and Louis (Rachel Jacques); her daughter, Blanche (Earl) Fayant; her three sisters, Theresa Azure, Annette LaFontaine, and Mary-Ann (Francis) Parenteau; her sisters-in-law, Bertha Paul  and Simone Perillat; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.  Gone before her are her six brothers, Alcide, Maurice, Romeo, Wilfred, Gilbert and Oneil; her brother in infancy, Jean; and her son in infancy, Henry.   Due to Covid-19 the family has chosen not to have a gathering at this time.  In lieu of other tributes donations in memory of Albertine may be made to Goodwill Manor Nursing Home, Box 370, Duck Lake, SK, S0K 1J0.  Family and friends wishing to send online condolences are welcome to visit www.beaulacfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Beau “Lac” Funeral Home, Tracy-Lynn Lenchuk, Funeral Director, Prince Albert, SK 306-763-3322
