Albert Nicholas Yanciw passed away at the age of 73 in Saskatoon at St. Paul’s Hospital on January 13th 2016.  Albert was born in Cudworth SK on April 29th 1942 to Nicholas and Mary Yanciw.  Albert spent his life in Prince Albert SK working 35 years for Sask Energy.  Albert is survived by his son Curtis; his ex wife Giovina Bolla; his sisters Isabel and Pauline; sisters-in-law Frances and Marie; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Albert was predeceased by his parents and his brothers Bill, Frank and Joe.  Memorial Service will be held at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 589 – 9th Street East, Prince Albert, SK on Friday, January 22nd, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Father Jim Kaptein officiating.  Private Family Interment will be held.  In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Saskatchewan Branch, #1 – 2217 Hanselman Court, Saskatoon, SK S7L 9Z9 (as Albert was a Kidney transplant survivor for many years) or to the charity of your choice as Albert kindly donated to everyone.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK (306-922-4729).
