Agnes Maria Ross was born on Sunday, August 21, 1932, in Little Hills, SK and passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in La Ronge, SK at the age of 84 years. Agnes is survived by her loving family: her husband, Albert Benjamin Ross; her daughter, Gloria Beckman; her sons, Sampson “Abraham” (Dorothy) Ratt and Jim (Bella) Roberts; her special daughters, Harriet Ross-Isbister and Molly Halkett; her grandchildren, Calvin (Ashleigh) Beckman, Nigel Beckman, Charles Halkett, Joanne Halkett, Jonathon Clinton, Colleen Ratt, Ivan Ratt, Sampson Ratt Jr., Sara Ratt and Leanne Roberts; her great-granddaughter, Fallyn Jane Beckman; her sisters, Martha Roberts and Sally Ratt; and her sister-in-law, Jemina Ratt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, James & Grace (nee Ross) Roberts; her brothers, Steve, Duncan, Moses and Julius Roberts; her sister, Flora Roberts; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, James Ross & Angelique Matilda (nee Halkett) Ross; her brother-in-law, Joe Wilfred Ross; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Martha McKenzie, Betsy Ratt, Victoria Ratt and Sheila Sanderson. A wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Kitsaki Hall in La Ronge, SK. Agnes’ funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at All Saints Anglican Church in La Ronge, SK, Edna Mirasty, Tom Sanderson and Henry Ratt officiating. Interment to follow La Ronge Anglican Church Cemetery.
