AGNES BRANDRICK(nee Hessdorfer)
1947-2012
Agnes suddenly passed away in her sleep on November 4, 2012 at the Victoria Hospital. She was born August 3, 1947 in Prince Albert, SK to Mary and Henry Hessdorfer and was an only child. At the age of 24, Agnes married Russel Brandrick and raised five children. She was the best mom by staying home to make sure her children were cared for and help them to become the successful adults that they are today. Any friends that were brought home were treated as one of her own. She did all this while battling schizophrenia with great courage, while living life to the fullest. She was predeceased by her mother Mary, on March 13, 2011 and her father Henry, on October 11, 2005. Agnes is survived by her husband Russel; her children Michael, Jason (Tabitha), Kristen (John), Jamie (Kandis) and Tyler; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; her aunts Rose Jasnoch, Emma Henry, Laurrai ne Henry and Theresa Henry, Georgette Pilon, and her mother-in-law Mary Giles and Russel’s siblings and their families, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews. Prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8, St. Michael Roman Catholic Church. Sister Renee Buliard will officiate. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 9 from St. Michael Roman Catholic Church – 1505 – 13th Street West by Father Travis Myrheim. Interment will take place in the Garden of Gethsemane, Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. It is the family’s request that donations be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
