The Venice House on central first opened its doors in 1976 and has continued to be a family run operation ever since. They serve the best Greek and Italian food in the city and they are the home of the best Greek ribs in town.

Antony Yannacoulias, owner of Venice House on Central said their food is made from old family recipes with a Canadian twist. He said some of their most popular menu items are their Greek ribs, the chicken a la greque and of course their Greek salad.

They offer a daily soup and sandwich special at lunch from Monday to Friday plus they feature prime rib on Friday nights. They also have their popular take out and delivery menu options that includes any two large pizzas from their menu for the current price of $32.99, or the combo for four which includes a: medium pizza, lasagna, dry ribs, family sized Caesar salad and four garlic toast for the current price of $42.99.
