Ryan Lavoie had advised that he also shares in the excitement with his clients in relation to new purchases, Lavoie said. “Many times we have dealt with a new purchaser, who is usually very excited… it’s a big step in someone’s life, and may be the biggest financial event they will ever take on.  To be included in this step I take great pleasure, and a big responsibility.”

Lavoie Stonechild have also attempted to create a client-centric environment so that their clients are comfortable and not intimidated by the process.

 “When we started this firm we had a general mentality about how we wanted to treat our clients,” Lavoie said. “We wanted to be a very family focused type environment. When you come to us, you are a client, but we’re also looking at the client as a community member, a neighbor and in a sense part of our larger family. We don’t just look at it as a real estate file.”
