“It’s very much a family atmosphere,” said Whitter. “We have a lot of people and groups who are looking for somewhere to go for those special birthdays, anniversaries or after a wedding and be able to sit together and enjoy a meal.”

The Tee Room which looks over the restaurants spacious deck, the beautiful Cooke Golf Course and the curling rink offers families and corporate groups a relaxed and comfortable place to get together in a more private setting. Reservations are required to book this wonderful space for your dining enjoyment.

My Place Restaurant & Lounge is open to the general public. 

“A lot of people think that because we are located in the Prince Albert Golf and Curling Club that you have to be a member or come in with a member, which is not the case,” said Whitter. 

My Place is open all year round with seasonal hours of operation in both summer and winter. They feature daily specials on both their lunch and supper menus with special feature nights including a Wings and Steak Night. 

Whitter said My Place offers a unique atmosphere, quality food and great service.

“It’s the place to come and enjoy a cold one with the team after a game of lacrosse or quidditch or meet friends for that special dinner,” said Whitter. “It’s the place where mom and the kids can join dad as he comes off the golf course or dad can bring the kids when mom comes up from women’s curling in the evenings.”
