The crew at Russell Appliance are considered Prince Albert’s best for appliance repair.

There is nothing more inconvenient then having a washer or dryer,  fridge, oven or any appliance that suddenly doesn’t work properly; but when it happens Russell Appliance Service Ltd has three trained technicians and one currently in training that are ready to fix your machine.

“We fix washers, dryers, fridges, stoves, dishwashers, and microwaves,” said Layla Shuparski, front end manager at Russell Appliance Service Ltd.  “We do in home and in shop service.”

Currently staff at Russell Appliance will travel as far as Shellbrook and the Lake District, including Christopher Lake, Waskesiu and Candle Lake.

“For bookings we do Christopher  and Candle Lake on Mondays and Tuesdays depending on when we can get more people out there and Shellbrook we usually do on Fridays,” said Shuparski.

Shuparski said they try to send their technicians out to a call as soon as they can but she does recommend making a booking a few days in advance.

Each year the technicians at Russell Appliance repair anywhere from 1000 fridges and 1000 washing machines. Shuparski said business is booming and their technicians are constantly on the job.

Shuparski said customers should make sure they have the model number of their appliance on hand before giving the staff Russell Appliance a call.

“We do try to help as best we can, we do try to ensure that everyone has their model number because we cant look up parts without it,” said Shuparski.

Shuparski mentioned that there are certain steps some people might need to take if their appliance is still currently under warranty.

“There is certain steps customers have to take with Whirlpool and Samsung. They have to call the manufacturers to have things set up,” she said. “They require the customer to call them so they can set up the call and customer on their system and then trouble shoot first.”

Shuparski said, the list of appliances that they can service are numerous however there are a few name brands that they cannot fix.

“We don’t service Panasonic and we don’t service Salton,” she said. “The best thing would be to call before bringing something in.”

Shuparski said the technicians at Russell Appliance Service Ltd have been repairing appliances for well over 13 years.

“Our technicians are very professional they do their best to try and solve the problem,” she said.

 “If they can’t they go back to the manufacturers… and figure out exactly what to do and where to go from there and they follow those steps if it is something they haven’t seen before or can’t be fixed by the usual methods.”
